🙌 Tucker Celebrates New Town Green
Tucker officially opened its new Town Green, and the community turned out in force to celebrate. The city cut the ribbon on its $8.6 million Town Green on November 14, with hundreds of residents showing up to check out the 2-acre park near Main Street.
The celebration included live music, food, face painting, and photo ops at the TKR sculpture. City officials say the new Town Green showcases what Tucker can accomplish since becoming its own city back in 2016—the kind of project that might not have happened without local control.
The Town Green opening is part of Tucker's 10th anniversary celebration running through 2026.

🎨 Mayor-Elect Joins Tucker Arts Alliance
Tucker's incoming mayor is already making moves to boost the local arts scene. Mayor-Elect Anne Lerner met with the Tucker Arts Alliance at Shorty's, asking members how art could enhance the community and support local businesses.
Members praised Lerner for showing genuine interest in the arts and coming to the table with her own ideas. The group brainstormed creative activities and public art projects that could benefit Tucker residents and businesses alike.
With the Town Green now open, it’s an exciting time for arts and community development in Tucker. 🙏
